Private Lessons | Glasgow Ski & Snowboard Centre
Glasgow Ski & Snowboard Centre is located in the grounds of Bellahouston Park and neighbours the Charles Rennie Mackintosh inspired House for an Art Lover. Easy access from Glasgow and beyond make this the perfect place to exorcise some of those skiing demons during the summer months.
Do you need a little help to overcome nerves and make you feel more controlled and confident on a blue run? Perhaps you want to brush up your technique and learn a few skills to help you conquer those challenges the mountain keeps putting in the way?
You can even make this your new coffee morning ski with a few friends and take advantage of our small group options… coffee included of course!
Whatever your reason for joining us, rest assured you’ll be in safe and experienced hands. Our fully qualified and worldwise team of instructors will give clear and uncluttered focus to make your lesson an enjoyable productive experience. As always, we bring along our trusty iPhone and GoPro for the purpose of on the spot or coffee time video review. Taking mere moments to view your skiing combined with instructor insight is an invaluable tool to help you progress.
We also have access to any of the four separate floodlit artificial slopes the centre has to offer which allows us to cater for every level of skier. There’s even a freestyle slope for all those who insist on being upside down… very impressively to be honest!
Any ski equipment you may require for your lesson is included and provided by the centres ski hire facility (skis, boots, sticks, helmet etc…). Remember, you’ll need to wear appropriate clothing for skiing outdoors. Gloves and long sleeves are a requirement for slope use.
Should you be an observer during the lesson you can relax at the bottom of the slopes in viewing areas and watch the skiing unfold in front of you. You can also grab a bite to eat and drink from the bar and cafe facilities while you wait.
In order to start understanding your needs we have a useful messaging service to begin gathering a little information. We’re here to make your life and ski experience smooth and worry free so don’t be afraid to let us know what your “ideal world” scenario might be.
Simply click the BOOK button below and use the pop up window to furnish us with a few key details… that’s it, your done! Now you can sit back and relax safe in the knowledge that we’ll be in touch soon.
